Feature

The magnetic materials preferred for drum magnets are either ceramic magnets or rare earth magnets.

The tanks can be designed semi-counter-flow(B), counter-flow(N) or downstream(S) structures.

Application

Used for the first stage rough concentration.It reject qualified tailings, increase recovery and reduce the load of the second-stage grinding;

Used for cleaning concentration. It may increase concentrate grade and recovery.

Used prior to high intensity magnetic separation operation. It may remove iron magnetic mineral and prevent block of magnetic materials; used for recovery of the heavy medium in the concentrating plant.

Used for recovery of dense medium in a coal preparation plant
